Two systems
Candela GentleMax Pro Plus & Evoline
Every session starts with a real skin and hair assessment.
No default settings, no guesswork — your plan is built for your skin from session one, on the system that suits you.
Philosophy of comfort, and a plan built around you.
We treat the skin in front of us, not a default setting. Every course starts with an honest read of your skin tone and hair type, a choice between the Candela GentleMax Pro Plus and the Evoline system, and a realistic estimate of what it’ll take.
Laser wavelengths
Alexandrite and Nd:YAG, chosen for your skin tone.

Sessions, on average
Estimated honestly at your consultation.
Consultation-led
Your plan is set with you, never guessed at.
Two systems, tuned to your skin.
Skin tone and hair colour determine which laser wavelength works safely and effectively. The Candela GentleMax Pro Plus carries two wavelengths in a single system, and the Evoline system gives your clinician a second option — so the technology is chosen for you, not the other way round.
Alexandrite · 755nm
Used on lighter skin tones with dark, coarse hair.
Nd:YAG · 1064nm
Generally used for laser hair removal on darker skin tones.
Evoline system — a second platform in clinic, selected where it suits your skin and hair better.

No default settings. Just your skin, read honestly, every time.
Hair grows in cycles. Sessions are spaced to match.
Laser only affects hair that’s actively growing at the time of treatment — that’s why a course is spread out rather than done in a week.
Session 1
Consultation, skin and hair assessment, first pass on the treatment area.
Every 4 weeks
Sessions continue on a monthly rhythm, tracking each new growth cycle.
Course complete
Most people need 8 to 12 sessions in total — estimated at consultation.
Maintenance
Permanent hair reduction, not permanent removal — occasional top-ups hold the result.
Before and after your session.
Before: getting ready
Stay out of the sun
Avoid direct sun and tanning beds for at least 14 days before treatment.
Shave, don't wax
You may shave the area within 24 hours before your appointment.
Skip hair removal at the root
No waxing, tweezing or anything that pulls hair from the follicle beforehand.
Tell us your history
Medications, health conditions or recent sunburn — mention it before you start.
After: looking after your skin
Cool it down
Apply aloe vera or a cooling gel to the area within 24 hours.
Skip the heat
No hot showers, steam rooms or vigorous exercise for 48 hours.
Be gentle
Cleanse with a mild soap and avoid scrubbing the treated area.
Protect it
Loose clothing and SPF50 on any exposed treated skin.
What people ask before their first session.
Is laser hair removal painful?
Most people describe it as a quick, warm snap against the skin. Both systems have built-in cooling and your clinician adjusts the setting to your comfort. Sensitive areas may feel a little more, but sessions are short.
How many sessions will I need?
Most people need 8 to 12 sessions spaced around 4 weeks apart, because laser only affects hair in its active growth phase. Your estimate is given honestly at consultation, based on your skin tone, hair type and the area.
Which skin types can be treated?
All skin types. The Candela GentleMax Pro Plus carries two wavelengths — Alexandrite (755nm) for lighter skin with dark hair and Nd:YAG (1064nm) for darker skin tones — and the Evoline system adds a further option. Your clinician selects what is safe and effective for you.
What areas can be treated with laser hair removal?
Face (upper lip, chin and cheeks), underarms, arms, half and full legs, bikini and Brazilian, back, chest and shoulders — or full body packages for women and men.
Are there side effects to laser treatment?
Mild redness or slight swelling around the follicles for a few hours is normal. Rarer effects such as temporary pigment change are minimised by choosing the right wavelength for your skin and following the aftercare steps above.
Is laser hair removal permanent, or does the hair grow back?
Laser gives permanent hair reduction, not permanent removal. After a full course most hair does not return; occasional top-up sessions hold the result, especially where hormones influence growth.
Can I have laser hair removal while pregnant?
As a precaution we do not treat during pregnancy. You’re welcome to book a consultation now and start your course afterwards.
Can I go to the gym or swim after a session?
Wait 48 hours before hot showers, steam, swimming or vigorous exercise. Keep the treated skin cool, gentle and protected with SPF50 in the meantime.
