Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Appointments are recommended so you are seen close to your time, and we hold same-week slots open for unwell children. If it is urgent, call 04 576 2352 and reception will tell you the next available time.
Which insurance plans do you accept?
We accept a range of major insurance plans. Send a photo of your insurance card on WhatsApp before your visit and reception will confirm your cover and any co-pay.
Can you provide vaccination records for my child's school?
Yes. Every vaccination is recorded and we provide a signed vaccination record or school immunisation form on request — usually during the same visit.
What languages does the clinic speak?
English and Arabic, at reception and in the consultation room, at every visit.
How much does a pediatrician consultation cost in Dubai?
Consultation fees vary between clinics in Dubai. Call or WhatsApp us for our current consultation fee, and check your insurance — many plans cover paediatric visits with a small co-pay.
What should I look for when choosing a pediatrician in Dubai?
A DHA-licensed paediatrician, appointment times that are kept, a clinic that speaks your language, on-site tests so you are not sent elsewhere, and opening hours that fit around school and work.
How often should my child see a pediatrician?
Babies have frequent check-ups in the first year, then most children are seen every 6–12 months for growth and development reviews, plus vaccination visits and whenever they are unwell. Your paediatrician will set the schedule at the first visit.
